Location

Neighborhood Overview

Central Park West HOA and Property Tax

If you are considering purchasing in Central Park West, there are additional fees to consider.  There is a Central Park West homeowner association (HOA) and dues run approximately $150 per month.  These dues pay for general community maitenance and access to the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool.  In addition, each complex has their own HOA that start from $200 up to luxury HOAs at Astoria.  Additionally, Central Park West property tax includes a Mello-Roos assessment, bringing the average property tax rate to approximately 1.5%.
